Explore all the paths to and expressions of love, and how opening our hearts and being loving, caring people leads to a happier and more fulfilled lives for us and everyone.

We’ll look at ways we’ve felt hurt, as well as ways that we have hurt others, and find avenues to let go of hurt and regret. We’ll find peace and freedom.

Fear & Anxiety

The boogie man under the bed and the monster in the closet aren’t the only terrors for our children these days.  News stories are everywhere about tragedies in schools and public places, and storms/natural disasters.  Families are struggling with divorce, homelessness, and addictions. Talking and therapeutic techniques will help us all find peace in the storm.
